If you need to cancel your consultation session, you may do so up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time for a full refund. To cancel, please contact us via email or phone with your booking reference.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time are generally not eligible for a refund. However, we understand that emergencies happen, and we will review such requests on a case-by-case basis.
If you do not attend your scheduled consultation and have not provided advance notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.
You may reschedule your consultation session at no additional charge if you provide at least 24 hours notice. We will work with you to find a new time that suits your schedule. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will be accommodated when possible, subject to availability.
We are committed to providing high-quality consultation services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation session, please contact us within 48 hours of the consultation. We will review your concerns and, if appropriate, may offer a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up session.
As we provide consultation services rather than physical products, there is no return delivery cost. Cancellations and refund requests are processed without any return shipping fees.

If you would like to upgrade to a higher-tier consultation package before your scheduled session, you may do so by paying the difference in price. Downgrades to a lower-tier package after booking are generally not permitted, but we will consider such requests on a case-by-case basis.
If technical difficulties on our end prevent us from delivering your consultation session, we will either reschedule at no charge or provide a full refund at your preference. Technical issues on the client side may require rescheduling but typically do not qualify for a refund.
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy in cases of emergency, illness, or other extenuating circumstances. All exception requests will be reviewed individually and handled with care and consideration.
